These chocolate are made for Original Beans and you will be able to sample them at there stand during the Chocolate Week 10-16 October.

Thise is the milk version of the tree Origin chocolates: Cru Virunga, Beni Wild and the Piura Porcelana.

These are the dark version of the same origin couvertures from Original Beans.

The couverture used for the enrobing of the dark version is with Marañón Fortunato N°4 http://www.maranonchocolate.com/

The milk version is enrobed with Valrhona Milk chocolate Guanaja: its charms you with its powerful chocolate taste which is softened and enhanced by long milky notes and without too much sweetness.
