I just opened the fresh cocoapod. I received the cocoa pod this week Wednesday, so it was not so fresh anymore, but still yummy to taste the flavors of peaches, lychee and citrus.

I believe that Claudio Corallo all makes a liquor from the Cocoa pulp and use it in his raisin bar.

I buy the cocoapulp from Brazil (congelated) and use this as smoothie or us for a mousse in a gateau
